I spend less than 10 minutes zesting/juicing the lemon, measuring the ingredients and it only takes about 5 minutes to cook!
Season shrimp (per recipe below) and measure out ingredients (butter etc).
Heat oil in a skillet and cook shrimp for 1 minute.
Flip over, add garlic butter mixture and cook 3-4 minutes more or until shrimp are cooked through.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Garlic butter shrimp can be baked in the oven at 350°F for 20 minutes or grilled over a medium flame on skewers or in a slotted pan.

Ingredients1 tablespoon olive oil1 1/2 pounds large shrimp peeled and deveined1 teaspoon lemon zestsalt & pepper to taste3 tablespoons butter softened2 cloves garlic1 tablespoon lemon juice2 tablespoons fresh parsleylemon wedges for serving
InstructionsToss shrimp with lemon zest and salt & pepper to taste. In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add shrimp and cook 1 minute. Flip over, add butter and cook 2-3 minutes more or just until cooked through.
